Which insurers and TPAs do you work with?

Is there a contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans are billed upfront at a 20% discount.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export everything in standard formats. After you confirm, we permanently delete it from our systems.

What we collect
Account details of practice staff, and patient information that practices enter into Anthema, such as contact details, medical history, and billing records.
How we use it
Only to provide the service to the practice: scheduling, records, billing, reminders, and support. We never sell personal data or use patient data for advertising.
Who controls patient data
The practice is the data fiduciary for its patients' data. Anthema processes it on the practice's instructions.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the practice's account is active and as required by law, then deleted on request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or erasure of your personal data. Patients should contact their clinic first. Write to [email protected].

You own your data. You can export it at any time and we delete it after termination on request.

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance.
